It is recommended to have an anti-glare screen. Since corona has happened a lot of people are working from home which is mostly done via computers. Dry eyes can happen due to many health issues. How to fix it? The best remedy is to keep them warm. A warm mask may offer relief from dryness, redness, and eye irritation. There can be an essay written on this topic. People who smoke tend to go through eye problems. Amongst many other medical issues, it makes you more likely to get vision problems, damage to your optic nerve, and macular degeneration. If before you tried to kick the habit only to start again, hold it. The more often you attempt to leave, the greater the likelihood that you will succeed.
